Getting Started:
Our Simply Subscribed Program is available to all our patients, whether they choose braces or Invisalign. The first step is to tell one of our friendly team members that you are interested and they will help you get started. To participate in the program, you will need to have an updated retainer scan on file. If it has been awhile since your last retainer scan or if your retainers do not fit well, please make an appointment for a complimentary retainer scan to update your records.
Vivera retainers are clear retainers produced by the makers of Invisalign. Doctors who use Vivera retainers are more satisfied with Vivera retainers than with other retainers and the reasons are clear
Your Vivera retainer is made to fit your smile and accomplish your smile goals without sacrificing comfort. This makes it the perfect retainer to wear while you sleep, which is great because, as our doctors say, you should wear your retainer “nighttime for lifetime.”
Vivera retainers are produced with material that is at least 30% stronger and twice as durable as other clear retainer materials. You can count on your Vivera retainer holding up to hold your smile in place.

Your Financial Investment
At the end of your treatment, you will receive two sets of retainers. This is included in your original contract. These retainers are made to last and, with proper care, should last a few years. Of course, life happens. Dogs eat retainers, retainers are wrapped into napkins and tossed, things are bumped and broken. No matter the cause–if your retainer breaks, no longer fits, or you simply want a fresh set–please contact our office to replace that retainer. We are here for you and want you to maintain that beautiful smile!

Do I need retainers?
Your smile looks simply amazing. Retainers will keep it amazing. Teeth have memory and want to shift back to their original position. Our bodies continue to change as we age, meaning that teeth will want to shift after orthodontic treatment is completed. Retainers will fit your final state and hold everything in place. This is why we encourage lifetime retainer wear at nighttime.

Vivera retainers come from the masterminds of Invisalign. They are made to be custom fit to your teeth and are contoured more comfortably than other retainers. Vivera retainers are also made from a material that is built to last and is more durable than other labs.
How do I start my Vivera retainer subscription?
To enroll in our Simply Subscribed Program, simply fill out the enrollment form and a team member will email you a quote from Invisalign to subscribe. Once you have agreed to the quote and you have entered your payment information, we will do the rest.
What are the subscription renewal terms?
Your subscription will renew each year automatically. You can manage your subscription by logging into your Invisalign account online.
How will I receive my retainers?
After we receive your retainers in our office, we will contact you to pick them up. Shipping may also be arranged in the future.
What are my billing options?
We never want finances to hold you back. Our office offers monthly payments with no interest or one annual payment. You get to choose what works best for you.
What about cancellations?
You may cancel your subscription directly through your Invisalign account and review the cancellation terms before you subscribe. Please note that we do not issue refunds for the subscription program.
