One of our favorite annual events is enjoying a movie with our patients and their families. Although we had to put a pause during peak COVID19, we came back strong this year.
Dr. Shung bought out two auditoriums at the Regal Edwards Market Place Theatre, a total of 465 seats, last Saturday morning so that we could enjoy the movie “Strange World” together. We had our patients reserve their free tickets online and they were all gone within 35 minutes! We had our own Taylor Swift concert moment.
Since there were no other showings at the time, we had the place to ourselves and felt so special. Dr. Shung surprised everyone with free frozen yogurt vouchers at Yogurtland. A huge thank you to Pearl from the Yogurtland Market Place location for making this possible for our patients.
Our patients even brought in their canned food donations and we were happy to deliver a very heavy wagon full to Second Harvest of Orange County’s affiliate, South County Outreach.
The best part of the morning was seeing everyone with their beautiful smiles outside of the office. It truly felt like one big family event.
At our orthodontics office in Irvine, it is our goal to treat everyone who walks in our doors as a family member and we were thankful to demonstrate that at our Merry Movie event.
